Jim Fitzpatrick, MP, visits Woolmore

Jim Fitzpatrick came to visit our new school.  Year 5 quizzed him with some very good questions including: ‘What are you doing about improving the environment?; ‘Why did you join the Labour Party?; ‘What about the burnt-out car in Robin Hood Gardens? (Jim took a photo of it and said he would follow it up); and ‘What do you do in your spare time?’  (He supports West Ham, plays sport and cycles but, of course, most of his time is spent being an MP!)

Jim also attended our e-safety assembly with some great singing and enjoyed a tour around our new school.  Thanks for coming along Jim and for your positive and encouraging support. We hope to see you again soon.
