Heavy and Light

In Maths we have been learning about and exploring the weight of different things. First, we held an item in each hand to feel the weight and said which was heavy and which was light. We then used the balance scales to help us weigh different things, to find out which was heavier. Our vocabulary included words such as heavy, light, heavier, lighter, heaviest and lightest.

Autumn!

We have been learning about autumn and the changes we have noticed in the environment. We looked at some leaves and talked about the similarities and differences and how they felt and what they looked like.
