Diwali

Today we learned about the festival of Diwali in Assembly. Diwali is often called the Festival of Light and is celebrated by Hindus, Sikhs and Jains across the world. We watched a short film about last week’s celebrations in London and then we lit candles in some beautiful divas. Some of our families and staff celebrate Diwali. At Woolmore we think it is very important to share all our different celebrations so we can find out more and show respect.​
