
Learning in Upper Key Stage 2 (UKS2)
Upper Key Stage 2 (UKS2) covers Year 5 and Year 6.
We have six classes in LKS2, three Year 5 classes (Rowan Tree, Sequoia Tree and Silver Birch Tree) and three Year 6 classes (Sycamore Tree, Willow Tree and Yew Tree).
The phase leader is our Assistant Headteacher, Jana Murray.
The KS2 Curriculum
The National Curriculum is taught in Key Stage 2. The National Curriculum is organised into subject areas:
- Art and Design
- Design and Technology
- English
- Geography
- History
- Information and Communication Technology
- Mathematics
- Music
- Physical Education
- Science
Religious Education and Personal, Social and Health Education are also taught at Key Stage 2.
